Baron Position Announcement

The High Council would like to announce some changes to the Baron position.

The Baron positions were first implemented at the end of 2011.

Over the past few months, the High Council has concluded that the Baron position needed some changes to make the position everything we hope it can be.

All previous Baron Positions have been merged, modified or eliminated.

Today we are announcing the first two new Baron positions:

Social Baroness – Neomi (a.k.a. The Iron Lady)

The social baron will assist the guild in several areas regarding the guild interaction.

- Welcome new members into the guild.

- Provide new members with guidance on how the guild operates such as website registration, guild rules regarding guild bank, guild communication standards in guild chat and ventrilo as an example.

- Promote guild participation in acquiring achievements and special events.

- Propose and implement events or activities within the guild.

Battle Master Baron – Rokia (a.k.a. Blood and Guts)

- Assist players with understanding how to effectively obtain higher DPS, HPS or mechanics in Raids and Dungeons.

- Theorycrafting on talents, gear, and specs to improve Raid and Dungeon proffeciency.

- Are you always on the bottom of the DPS charts in the raid or dungeon? Then this is the Baron you need to visit. The Battle Master Baron can only give you suggestions and guidance the hard work will be up to you in applying this guidance.

Join me in congratulating and welcoming our two new Barons.

There are other Baron positions under review by the High Council and will be announced over the next few weeks.

Order of the Fallen PVP Guild Champion

Congratulations to Sounis The Alliance Slayer, he is our first ever Guild PVP Champion. He fought many hard battles and his last against Rokia, The Drunken Master was no exception as the two competitors fought 3 grueling rounds until only one was standing. Now all of this begs the questions will Sounis ever be beaten? It is hard to say, but we can be proud to know that we have this calibur of player as our Guild Champion...Sounis the entire guild bows to you in respect!

Big Night Taking Down Another Heroic Boss

Call me a pessimist but I did not think we would take down Zon'ozz last night.

Morrak could not make it and since he now has a BIG staff, and his DPS is off the charts this would put Fokus Barrage off until next week.

Swag though brought a friend Ladyswagga (Think I have that right) to the dance last night and did awesome.

On our 7th attempt in a very healing intensive Heroic (Aren't they all) I am just trying to keep my group alive. Rokia is blowing up (No fault of his own, of course, JK) and then I hear Swag say to Vash lets stay on the boss to take him down. Dang that means we are close and sure enough 10 seconds later and Rokia, well Dead and so was Zon' ozz. Great job by all... A fun night of raiding.
